Lawrence Kern returns as CPD Officer Hartman on Chicago PD

Lawrence is excited to announce that he will be returning to Chicago PD as his character CPD Officer "Exposition" Hartman, or as his girlfriend hopes he will soon be known, #OfficerHeartthrob. See what she did there?

Knowing that audiences were dying to know what happened to his character after his introduction in Episode 2 of Season 1, Lawrence was glad to be able to add more story arc to his character. He is hopeful he will get to return to the show again and is holding out hope that someday he'll be to wear one of those leather officer jackets, even though the real Chicago PD on set have told them those things are drafty as all hell.

The episode, titled "In A Duffel Bag" will air on May 4th on NBC.
